ABOUT ME
Born in Munich in 1979, I spent my childhood and youth in the Bavarian capital, whose unique flair continues to influence me to this day. Even as a child, I was fascinated by magic.
The year 2014 brought a special turning point: my wife and I experienced Thorsten Havener's show, ‘Body Language Code,’ for the first time. I was immediately fascinated by the combination of body language and mental magic. I was also impressed by his calm charisma and respectful interaction with the audience. I still remember very well the moment when my wife and I suddenly found ourselves on stage next to Thorsten and became part of his act. Thanks to his professionalism, sensitivity and calmness, we didn't feel uncomfortable for a second. Since then, I have attended several of his shows and have been fascinated each time by his combination of mental artistry, stage presence and knowledge of body language.
At one of these performances, I finally met Harold Voit, the founder of the ZauberAkademie Deutschland. This encounter paved the way for me to join the academy, where I studied the art of illusion with great passion and further deepened my skills in technique and presence. With more than four decades of experience and a deep understanding of the art of magic, he opened up this world to me in a way that has permanently changed my view of magic. I am very grateful to him for that.
The ZauberAkademie Deutschland🔗 is now run by the Wax family. My exchanges with Michael Wax in particular continue to be valuable to me to this day. He was one of my lecturers during my training and has remained an important contact beyond that.
Among the academy's lecturers, Gaston played a special role for me. His teaching style combines humour, clarity and great respect. He sees very clearly where someone stands and encourages them to test their own limits without embarrassing anyone. From him, I learned that not every moment has to be perfect and that even a failed attempt can be an honest and valuable moment. His phrase, ‘Stay happy when you lose,’ has stayed with me to this day.
Today, I approach magic with the same fascination that captivated me as a child, and I am delighted to share this passion with my family. When I am not working on new projects or ideas, I consciously spend time with my wife and children, enjoy a good book, draw inspiration from films, play the piano or observe everyday life in search of a magical moment.
